Photos, copy help & compatibility
Uploaded photos use an embedded JPEG. Gmail and Outlook may strip embedded images when pasting. If your headshot disappears, insert the original photo using the email editor’s Insert image button, then resize it there. Alternatively, use an approved public HTTPS photo URL above. Hosted images may still be blocked by recipient settings.
If Copy is unavailable, choose Select for manual copy, press Ctrl+C (Mac: ⌘C), then paste into your signature editor. Or download the HTML, open it in a browser, and copy the rendered signature—not its source code. Mobile clipboard and email apps vary; desktop settings are recommended.
Send yourself a test email after installing. Check desktop and mobile, reply formatting, links, and images before regular use. Rendering, dark mode, and spacing can vary by email client.
